On the morning of September 13 in the Kayanavan portion of the Aygehovit village of Ijevan, at around 10 AM, when resident Vardan Simonyan was gathering grapes from his garden, Azerbaijani forces targeted him and opened fire.
One of the bullets damaged the window of his “Vilis” car. Simonyan was not in the car at the time. He was a little ways away and was not harmed.
