The ARF candidate for mayor, Mikayel Manukyan, does not consider the events that took place in April to be a revolution.
“That was a people’s movement. They surrounded Nikol Pashinyan, who was the leader of it. The “Civil Contract” political party cannot ascribe the victory to itself; that was everyone’s victory.”
The candidate thinks that dividing political forces into black and white is wrong.
“Dividing our people and separating them into colors is unacceptable,” he said.
