On 22 September, the EU Delegation to Armenia, together with the country’s Ministry of Culture, organised the official opening of the European Heritage Days 2018 in Armenia.
After the official opening and press briefing by EU Ambassador to Armenia Piotr Świtalski and Minister of Culture Lilit Makunts, a surprise cultural event followed to mark the opening.
2018 is being marked as the European Year of Cultural Heritage. This year, the European Heritage Days events in Armenia are taking place under the theme “The Art of Sharing”.
