“Information has been spreading across the media that Armenia allowed Russian experts to let American biological laboratories enter Armenia. Let me say that there are neither America nor any other country has biological laboratories in Armenia,” Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Tigran Balayan told reporters.
“Those are simply laboratories controlled by Armenia, where only Armenian specialists work,” he assured.
According to the interview that the Armenian prime minister gave to the “Kommersant” newspaper, Nikol Pashinyan himself was the one who gave such permission. “15 days ago, Russian experts came to those laboratories under my orders.”
According to Tigran Balayan, Russian specialists began visiting those laboratories in 2017, and that’s normal for allied countries.
