The RPA Executive Body held a meeting. President of the RPA Serzh Sargsyan was also present at the meeting.
After the meeting was over, RPA member Davit Harutyunyan did not want to comment on any of the reporters’ questions.
When asked if the RPA is prepared for negotiations, Davit Harutyunyan answered, “We are always ready for political negotiations.”
