On 28 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Azokh village of the Hadrout region to partake at the solemn opening ceremony of the newly-constructed school building.
The President underlined that improving the building conditions of rural educational institutions and enhancing the quality of education had been and would remain on the spotlight of the authorities as crucial tasks underlying the development of education.
