On 5 October an awarding ceremony in connection with the Day of Teachers took place at the Artsakh Republic President’s Residence.
The President qualified the role of teachers as immeasurable in patriotic upbringing of the younger generations, their education, preserving national values and traditions, considering it among the pillars of the state-building process.
