“A little while ago, Prosperous Armenian President Gagik Tsarukyan and I signed a memorandum regarding holding snap parliamentary elections in Armenia in December of 2018. I will publish the text of the memorandum shortly,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
