Mayor of Yerevan about rumors of raising price of transportation

The mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, wrote on his Facebook page։

“Dear people of Yerevan,

I noticed that rumors are spreading across the internet that I spoke about raising the price of transportation.

I want to officially announce that I am against raising the price of transportation for citizens, just as I was five years ago.

If the cost for transportation goes up, the city will have to solve problems so that tariffs will not be more expensive for Armenian citizens.
