Nikol Pashinyan’s advisor regarding his debts and legal cases

October 16,2018 18:05

“Unfortunately, such omissions raise questions about the purpose behind the article and the author’s intentions,” Nikol Pashinyan’s advisor on foreign affairs Arsen Gasparyan said when he answered Aravot.am’s question about whether or not Eurasianet.org’s publication that he has been sued in the USA is true.

According to Eurasianet, the prime minister’s advisor has had three legal cases filed against him. Arsen Gasparyan is a citizen of both Armenia and the USA. He has been accused of not paying 25,000 dollars in debt. Two of the cases have already been closed, but the third is still ongoing. Gasparyan has been accused of theft by American Express and Capital One Bank.

The written response sent to us by Arsen Gasparyan claims that the article published on Eurasia.net violates publication rules.

According to him, the author of the article is using one-sided information from previous political arguments.
