On 24 October President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding member of the Union of the Armenian Doctors of France, president of the “Hay-Med” Medical Humanitarian Association, anesthesiologist- resuscitator Jean-Michel Ekherian with the “Vachagan Barepasht” medal for services rendered to the Artsakh Republic in the healthcare sphere.
