On 23 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the south-eastern section of the Artsakh-Azerbaijani borderline, got acquainted on site with the service of the servicemen and current situation.

Defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan, other officials accompanied the President.
