National Security Advisor of the United States John Bolton visits Yerevan on October 25th. Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anna Naghdalyan spoke to reporters about this. She said that the official will be meeting with Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the National Security Council secretary, and with the Acting Defense Minister.
“This is the highest-ranking American official to be visiting Armenia over the past several decades,” Anna Naghdalyan said. She did not describe what issues will be discussed with Bolton.
Then she said that the visit of OSCE Minsk Group leaders will be visiting Armenia next week. It is expected for the leaders to also visit Baku.
