Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met with Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson for the South Caucasus Rudolf Michalka.
According to 1news.az, which got its information from an announcement made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, the Artsakh conflict resolution was discussed, as well as the current condition of relations between Azerbaijan and OSCE.
According to the statement, Mammadyarov spoke about the negotiations process and emphasized that the main obstacle in resolving the conflict is the “presence of the Armenian Armed Forces in Azerbaijani territory.”
Michalka said that this is his first visit to the region and is thankful for the information that he received.
