Just as the former administration was unable to represent Armenian interests in foreign policy, the new administration is doing the same as it lacks experience. Head of the Rule of Law Party Artur Baghdasaryan spoke about this while presenting the party’s pre-election plans. The snap parliamentary elections are to take place on December 9th.
Baghdasaryan stated that seven months have passed, but there are no specific plans for economic development. “We have seen a decrease in investments, and even worse, a complete lack of investments. No steps have been taken to create jobs in Armenia, but the goals of the revolution were to improve the quality of life, to raise salaries and pensions, to provide equal opportunities, to provide work, and to solve regional problems. We have not seen any viable options to solve these problems.”
That is why, according to Baghdasaryan, his party will be presenting their own view on how to increase developments in the country in 50 effective steps. The Rule of Law party’s written plans will be published on Monday, when the election campaigns are to begin. “It’s great that there are no more money issues or election bribes, and there is no more administrative pressure, and this is a fight for experience and intelligence. And Rule of Law has an immense amount of experience and intelligence,” Artur Baghdasaryan expressed confidently.
