Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan’s brother, Alexander Sargsyan, who had 30 million dollars in one of his bank accounts, promised to return that money to the state budget. Head of the My Step alliance and Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan spoke about this during a rally in the Syunik region.
He said that there has been a block placed on that money. “I was told that he said recently that he’s ready to return 30 million dollars in its entirety to the state budget,” Nikol Pashinyan informed.
Earlier, Nikol Pashinyan had publicly demanded that Alexander Sargsyan return the money to the state budget, but Alexander Sargsyan had announced that he did not obtain that money through illegal means.
