Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan’s lawyers will present a new complaint to the Court of Appeals.
One of Kocharyan’s lawyers, Hayk Alumyan, told reporters in the Court of Appeals that they will be using the secretly recorded conversation between NSS head Artur Vanetsyan and SIS head Sasun Khachatryan as a basis for their new complaint. The complaint will be against the First Instance Court’s decision to arrest Robert Kocharyan.
There is a criminal case underway for the secretly recorded conversation.
