On the first day of winter, the Bright Armenia party’s pre-election campaign rally began in the Davtashen district of Yerevan, starting at the intersection between the Tigran Petrosyan and Pirumyan streets.
The second-place candidate on the proportional list, Mane Tandilyan, spoke to the residents of Davtashen. “My fellow countrymen: the snap parliamentary elections will take place on December 9th. We will be creating a new political field along with you, because we will be electing all new state bodies from that National Assembly, including deputies, the Speaker of the National Assembly, ministers, and the Prime Minister. Everything will be voted for on that very day. People often say that this is not a good country. Then we need to go and create the best country. The best country is a bright one, because brightness gets rid of darkness, because smart, dignified, and competent citizens live in bright countries. That is how our team envisions Armenia’s future. We envision a state with dignified, carefree, and happy children and families, who do not think about leaving Armenia. Bright Armenia is ready to create such a country. That is why we need you to trust us with your votes. We have done everything possible throughout this past year and a half in our positions to show you that everyone is not the same, there are different politicians. We hope that you followed us, because otherwise, it is impossible to make a decision. We bring the best choice to you. We are ready to serve our state and to create a bright Armenia with you. Thus, we’ll be waiting for you on December 9th.”
