During a closed session of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, General Manvel Grigoryan’s health deteriorated. An ambulance was called and the session was interrupted.
Manvel Grigoryan’s lawyer Arsen Mkrtchyan told Aravot in an interview that the session is continuing. “Manvel Grigoryan’s health is very poor at the moment. His sugar levels are at 20.4. Manvel Grigoryan is participating in the session now.”
Manvel Grigoryan was charged according to part 2, Article 235 of the Criminal Code for illegally possessing weapons and for making prior agreements with others, as well as Article 179, part 3, point 1 for stealing property from others and making prior plans to do so with others.
At the moment, the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction is discussing increasing Manvel Grigoryan’s deterrence sentencing by two months.
