Acting Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Garegin Baghramyan told reporters after a government session that negotiations with Russia regarding gas tariffs are still ongoing. Therefore, it is not possible to give some information about that.
Baghramyan also said that during his visit to St. Petersburg, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin about changes in gas tariffs. However, the acting minister is unaware of the results of this discussion.
According to the acting minister, the bilateral agreement regarding gas supply will be renewed in January, and the current tariffs will be used.
