On January 15, an informal meeting was held between Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and Prime Minister of Georgia Mamouka Bakhtadze in Bolnisi, Georgia.
The Georgian Premier once again congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on being appointed Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and expressed conviction that the ongoing active dialogue would foster the development and expansion of multifaceted cooperation between the two friendly nations.
Thankful for his counterpart’s kind remarks and congratulations, Nikol Pashinyan stressed the importance of Armenian-Georgian interaction in all areas. The parties exchanged views on a number of issues high on the bilateral agenda. Nikol Pashinyan and Mamouka Bakhtadze later met with the residents of Armenian-populated Bolnisi village (formerly known as Bolnis-Khatchen).
