President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Michael Virabyan chairman of the Artsakh Republic State Commission on Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition with term of office till June 12, 2022, releasing him from the post of deputy chairman of the State Commission on Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition.
