New accusations against Robert Kocharyan

The Central Investigative Committee made new accusations against second President Robert Kocharyan on February 12th.

Besides overthrowing constitutional order in accordance with article 300.1, Kocharyan has also been charged with violating article 311, part 4, point 2, which is regarding receiving large amounts of bribes.

This new accusation against Robert Kocharyan is in connection to the statement made by citizen Silva Hambardzumyan regarding giving bribes.
