Nikol Pashinyan plans a march for March 1st

“I am on live video right now to make an announcement regarding March 1st,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced on Facebook livestream. He reminded everyone that the 11th anniversary of the events of March 1st is coming up soon, and informed everyone, “As a result of many discussions, we decided that we will carry out a powerful political march that day from Freedom Square to the Myasnikyan statue. This march will be in honor of the victory of Armenian citizens, and will be against violence, corruption, illegitimacy, and will also be in celebration of the fact that the victory and government of Armenian citizens is irretrievable. There will no longer be rigged elections in Armenia, and we firmly stand against political violence, corruption, illegitimacy, and political persecution in Armenia. We will also pay respects to the ten victims of March 1, 2008, as well as all victims of political violence.”

Nikol Pashinyan announced that on March 1st at 18:30, there will be a march from Freedom Square to the Myasnikyan statue, and said that he will hold a speech that day as well.
