The court rejected Manvel Grigoryan’s intermediation for allowing him to be released on bail.
Aravot Daily asked Manvel Grigoryan’s lawyer, Arsen Mkrtchyan, about what his basis was for presenting this to the court. The lawyer responded, “I am not fully aware of the details of this decision yet. We will try to present intermediation at least two more times. We will think about this. In any case, we will accept a unanimous decision as a result of discussions with our defendant.”
The lawyer said that he has his own personal evaluation of this, but he is avoiding giving the judge’s decision any subcontext at the moment.
