Rumors are spreading around the media regarding the phone call that took place on March 18th between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Russia. There are claims that the ministers spoke about the upcoming meeting between Pashinyan and Aliyev, and about compromises the Armenian side has to make within the framework of the resolution of the Artsakh conflict. The spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Anna Naghdalyan, refuted these claims during a meeting with reporters.
“Our sources are trustworthy, and the content of the phone call has already been made public. The minister spoke about current issues regarding the agenda and integration,” Naghdalyan assured.
“We once again call upon news sources to check the accuracy of the information they spread. You can collaborate with us for that,” she said.
