Different bus producing companies carry on presenting proposals to Yerevan Municipality for the participation in the program of transport system reformation.
The First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Hrachya Sargsyan met with the members of the delegation headed by the director for bus sales of “MAN Truck & Bus AG” Helmut Groshauser. The activity of the company, particularly the whole process of bus production was presented during the meeting. The presented city buses work on natural gas, diesel fuel and with hybrid engine.
Referring to the package of proposals of WYG consulting company for designing the transport network of the capital, Hrachya Sargsyan presented the main requirements and approaches to be involved in the program of new transport system installation.
Helmut Groshauser noted that the company is interested in the program for reformation of the transport system in Yerevan and expressed willingness to establish cooperation. The director for bus sales of “MAN Truck & Bus AG” noted that they are ready to invite the delegation of Yerevan and give them the opportunity to get to know the process of manufacturing and technical facilities of the buses on the spot.
