Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the son of renowned singer Charles Aznavour, Aznavour Foundation Co-Founder Nicolas Aznavour, and Aznavour Foundation Executive Director Kristina Sarkissian. Discussed were issues related to the activities of Aznavour Foundation and its first cultural project – the establishment of Aznavour Center in Yerevan. The Center is expected to be a techno-rich museum of interactive communication and a unique educational-cultural center for the youth.
Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized that with its focus on Aznavour’s life, activity and career, the Yerevan-based center will be the Armenian people’s tribute to the memory of Aznavour, the great Armenian. The Prime Minister assured of his support for the implementation of the project, developed by Charles Aznavour himself, and instructed the agencies concerned to cooperate with Aznavour Foundation to that effect.
