In March, the “Havat” non-governmental organisation for hard-of-hearing children’s mothers presented the EU-funded “Online school for parents” project.
The project will run until 1 June 2019 and will help create a free platform for parents, with comprehensive information on different topics, starting from discovering their children’s hearing problems to the nuances of inclusive education.
The platform will be particularly useful for families with children with hearing impairments who reside in the country’s regions, outside of Yerevan, and are not able to visit the city to receive expert advice.
Around 15 videos are expected to be produced by the project. The videos will be available online.
