President Armen Sarkissian received today family members of the pilots killed during the Artsakh Liberation War.
Hailing the heroic act of the pilots, who gave their lives for Fatherland, President Sarkissian addressed the words of respect and gratitude to the families of the fallen pilots. “To serve and to die for Fatherland is a great human virtue, but to be the hero’s widow and to carry on with a dignified life is another heroic deed,” President Armen Sarkissian said.
The participants of the meeting told the President of Armenia about their problems and concerns.
President Sarkissian stressed the importance of addressing the concerns of the fallen pilots in particular and all those who fell in the Artsakh War in general and the necessity of a persistent follow-up of the issue.
