The head of the International Center for Human Development Tevan Poghosyan spoke about Azerbaijan’s policies with reporters. He said that Azerbaijan is trying to harm Armenia through using pressure such as an arms race, and through using its desired scenario on political platforms in order to find a resolution to the conflict.
“It uses mechanisms that are appropriate for its counts. The third phase of military training for this year is taking place right now in Azerbaijan, and it is also the largest training. This means that we need to remain careful right now uphold our united victory while taking into consideration that May 28th is not only a holiday for us, but Azerbaijan will also try to celebrate its 101st year of existence. Based off of years in the past, Azerbaijan becomes more aggressive around May 27th and 28th to try and create platforms for itself. It is important for us to carry out the correct policies and to remain careful.”
