“We are going to unite Artsakh and Armenia,” people participating in the car procession starting on May 25th that was organized by the Sasna Tsrer party answered when they were asked what the purpose of the procession was.
The car procession began on the morning of May 25th from the Northern station in Yerevan. They will be visiting the regions of Artsakh and holding meetings in regional centers. The entire trip will consist of 1,110 kilometers of travel.
According to the organizers of this procession, its main goal is to show that our nation is united and that Artsakh is a region of Armenia. They intend to stop the treacherous process of keeping Artsakh and Armenia separate.
Sasna Tsrer party member Areg Kyureghyan said, “The car procession is going wonderfully. We welcome our compatriots from Artsakh. We are going to take the revolution to Artsakh. Our goal is to make sure that Artsakh will have no president, no National Assembly Speaker, but instead that it will have a governor with an administrative body, just like all the other regions of Armenia do.”

The participants of the car procession will be holding meetings in Martakert on May 25th. On May 26th, there will be meetings held in Askeran, Hadrut, and at the Melik’s Palace of Togh. On May 27th, there will be meetings in Stepanakert, Shushi, and Berdzor.
