‘All residents of Masis should speak French’: The Prime Minister on making Masis a Francophone center

The Francophonie Park and Family Sports Complex, which is in accordance with international standards opened in Masis, Armenia on June 25th. The project was implemented by the Adibekyan Family Foundation for Advancement (AFFA) charity organization within the framework of expanding international relations between the youth initiatives in Masis and the Alliance Francophonie. One of the main projects of this organization is to turn Masis into a Francophone town.

The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan was present at the opening ceremony. He was asked by one of the young volunteers what Masis should do in order to truly become a Francophone town, and responded, “All residents of Masis should speak French.”
