“We demand that representatives from Artsakh will also be a part of the negotiations process,” Lieutenant Governor of California Eleni Kounalakis said to reporters at Armenpress.
“We also demand that the US continues to support Artsakh materialistically,” she noted. The lieutenant governor also spoke about the fact that Azerbaijan threatened to destroy any aircraft that leaves the airport in Stepanakert.
“We are now trying to pass a law that will condemn such actions from Azerbaijan. The airport must be put into operation.”
