Defense Army serviceman abandons military position: Artsakh’s MoD

Artsakh’s Defense Army serviceman Arayik Ghazaryan, 19, abandoned the military position at about 12:00, August 12 in still unclarified circumstances, Armenpress was informed from the press service of the Defense Ministry of Artsakh.

“According to the information spread by the Azerbaijani media, Ghazaryan is in Azerbaijan. Investigation is underway to clarify circumstances”, reads the statement of the Ministry.

Earlier yesterday, spokesperson of the Defense Ministry of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan confirmed that there is an Armenian citizen in Azerbaijan at the moment.
