It seems that the story of success in Yenokavan can happen again in the Tavush region. The Trail of Hope NGO, working with children and groups living in poor conditions throughout the region, decided to implement an interesting and creative idea by making a school in the forest where rest and studies come together.
Srbasar, located in the Koghb administrative district, was a pasture, but it turned into a beautiful camp in the forests over the span of 6-7 months. There is no connection here, so children disconnect from their phones and computers to spend time with nature through interesting activities, such as horseback riding, bike riding, and competitions.
The interests of visitors will be taken into consideration here. People will also have the opportunity to stay in tents and cabins.
Srbasar also has a strategic purpose; it is meant to bring jobs to border villages and attract many tourists. The camp will operate during the summer and winter, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. It is possible for children to attend for free, but supportive structures are being established so the company can fund this itself. On average, 50-60 children can attend. The camp can operate for 12 months out of the year.
