Armenia continues deepening the cooperation with the European Union, its member states and all countries of the European continent, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said at the annual meeting of the MFA’s central apparatus and heads of diplomatic representations abroad on August 27 in Yerevan, Armenpress reports.
“Political dialogue, the support provided to Armenia’s democratic reforms and state structures, as well as the sectoral cooperation are very important for the mutual cooperation that is developing based on the Comprehensive and Enhance Partnership Agreement signed with the EU. We attach importance to the EU’s role to the regional cooperation programs. We highly value the lasting development of our cooperation with the EU member states. In this regard I would like to highlight the volume of relations with France and Germany”, the Armenian FM said.
In the context of cooperation with the European partners the minister specifically highlighted and praised the formation of Cyprus-Armenia-Greece trilateral format.
