The Constitutional Court of Armenia has made a decision to delay the examination of the application of 2nd President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan until September 3, 11:00, Armenpress was informed from the website of the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
The decision is based on the necessity to carry out extra examinations.
Robert Kocharyan’s applications is about checking the constitutionality of applying preventive measure against him.
