The deputy of the RA NA Prosperous Armenia Faction Mikayel Melkumyan presented the RA draft law on Making Addenda to the law on Water Users’ Companies and the Unions of Water Users’ Companies.At September 2 sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Varazdat Karapetyan the RA draft laws on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan, on Making Addendum to the law on Water Users’ Companies and Unions of Water Users’ Companies, on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA law on Local Self-Government and on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA law on Waste Removal and Sanitary Cleaning and the package of draft laws of the enclosed laws.
The RA Deputy Minister of Environment Irina Ghaplanyan presented the RA law on Amending the law on the RA Water National Programme
Irina Ghaplanyan also presented to the Committee members the RA Law on Making Addenda to the RA Water Code and the package of the enclosed draft laws.
The MPs’ questions related to the water deficit, the control of the sphere and the creation zones.
