ARMENPRESS. Consultation was held in the Armenian government led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan over the current situation of the Amulsar Project, the PM’s Office told Armenpress.
Minister of Environment Erik Grigoryan briefly introduced the overall situation and stated that the preliminary data presented on a number of directions have not been accurate.
The discussion participants exchanged views on the matter, discussed issues relating to the procedures on conducting new Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), as well as touched upon the legal aspects of the problem, new environmental factors, etc.

Summing up the discussion the PM tasked all concerned agencies and institutions to work in a coordinated way to have a comprehensive analysis and complete data for the preliminary investigation.
