According to Aravot Daily’s sources, the young man who fired gunshots during an argument over traffic near the Arshaluys village of Armavir and was therefore taken into custody is Manvel Grigoryan’s nephew.
The argument took place between two young men. One of them fired gunshots at the other and then left the scene. After clarifying details, police from the Vagharshapat station found the 26-year-old resident of Ejmiatsin and took him into custody for disorderly conduct. After he was taken into custody, police found a pistol and a knife on his person.
The young man was taken into custody. Examinations and investigations are underway.
