ARMENPRESS. Mayor of Ijevan Vardan Ghalumyan has resigned, Governor of Tavush – the province encompassing the town – Hayk Chobanyan told ARMENPRESS.
Chobanyan said the mayor tendered his resignation without mentioning a reason.
Ghalumyan is indicted since August 29 on charges of official misconduct.
