At September 5 sitting moderated by Ruben Rubinyan, the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations debated and endorsed seven agreements, which would be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the third session of the RA NA seventh convocation and the upcoming regular sittings.
The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan presented the draft laws on Ratifying the Second Protocol on Amending the Collective Security Treaty of 15 May 1992 and on Amending the Statute of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of 7 October 2002, and the Third Protocol on Amending the Statute of the Collective Security Treaty of 7 October 2002.
The Committee also debated the draft law on Ratifying the Second Protocol on Amending the Agreement on the Legal Status of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of 7 October 2002.
The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts presented for debate the draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on the Payment of the Family Members of the Diplomatic Representations and Consular Institutions between the Republic of Armenia and the Kingdom of Belgium.

The last bill debated by the Committee was the item on Ratifying the Protocol on Amending the Agreement on the Status of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Republic of Armenia between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the International Committee of the Red Cross, which presented the RA Deputy Foreign Minister Artak Apitonyan.
