ARMENPRESS. Floods in southeastern Spain have killed at least five people and more than 3000 were evacuated, Euronews reported.
74 roads, the entire Murcia regional railway and the Murcia airport are closed.
Acting Interior Minister Fernando Grande Marlaska called the floods “a serious tragedy”.

The railway link between Alicante and Madrid and Barcelona was also shut.
“The situation is critical, all the municipality is full of water,” Mario Cervera, mayor of the town of Alcazares, one of the most affected in Murcia, told Spain’s state-run TVE channel, according to Euronews.
Over 1500 army troops are involved in rescue operations.
