“I believe that the Artsakh conflict needs to be resolved through negotiations. Armenia and Artsakh will not resolve the conflict under the influence of threats. Attempting to demand a resolution through the use of threats needs to stop,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told reporters regarding the Artsakh conflict resolution issue.
“We want to resolve the conflict, not play pretend. I am referring to actual discussions, not causing even more damage,” he added.
