ARMENPRESS. The indictment of State Oversight Service Director Davit Sanasaryan has been sent to court, General Prosecution spokesperson Arevik Khachatryan told ARMENPRESS.
Sanasaryan, whose duties as State Oversight Service are suspended amid the ongoing investigation, is charged with official misconduct since April, 2019. He denies wrongdoing and had earlier filed a motion to court requesting the charges to be dropped. The motion was denied.
“The pressed charged have been confirmed by the prosecution and the case has been sent to court,” Khachatryan said.
Judge Davit Balayan will preside over the trial.
