On September 30, at 09:53 an emergency call was received to “911” service that a car accident had occurred near “Grand Tun” Restaurant Complex, in Vahagnadzor village, Lori Province. There was a blocked citizen: the rescuers’ help was needed.
A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that on the 23rd km of Vanadzor-Alaverdi roadway “Daewoo Nexia” car (driver Razmik T., born in 1944) had run off the roadway (about 5 meters) and crushed into the stone.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the driver and the passengers (Artur T., born in 1979 and Vakhtang H., born in 1977) had been hospitalized to the medical center of Vanadzor town. According to doctors’ conclusion the driver was in serious conditrion and the passengers – in satisfactory condition.
