On October 21, at 18:30 an emergency call was received to “911” service that collapse of a wall of a building had occurred near the building 7 of Leo street of Yerevan, as a result a gas pipe was damaged, there was a gas leak: rescuers’ help was needed.
A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that the nearby fence of the building had collapsed, as a result the gas pipe was damaged.
The rescuers blocked off the scene and implemented patrolling until the workers of gas emergency service stopped the leakage.
