ARMENPRESS. A court of appeals denied the prosecutor’s request to overrule a lower court’s decision on freeing Multi Group Director Sedrak Arustamyan from pre-trial detention on bail.
Arustamyan is charged with money laundering, tax evasion and fake entrepreneurial activities.
The indictment relates to the construction of the North-South project.
He was arrested and jailed but later released on bail.
