On November 12, the RA National Assembly began the work of the regular sittings.
The MPs debated legislative initiatives which had received negative conclusion in the NA Standing Committees.
The inclusion of the legislative initiatives on the agenda of the third session of the seventh convocation of the RA National Assembly was denied by voting.
After approving the agenda of the regular sittings the parliament in the second reading debated the package of bills on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Code on Bowels and on Making Addenda to the RA Law on State Duty, the bill on Amending the RA Civil Code, the package of bills on Making Addenda to the RA Law on the RA Water Code and Making Addendum to the RA Law on Administrative Infringements, the package of bills on Amending the RA Water Code and the package of bills on Amending the RA Law on the RA Water National Programme and the bill on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Water Users’ Companies and the Unions of Water Users’ Companies.

Afterwards the MPs in the first reading debated the bill on Amending the Law on Public Service.
The key speaker Mane Tandilyan presented the bill, and the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan endorsed the bill and called on to vote for it.
The package of bills on Making Addendum to the RA Law on the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure and on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Law on Formation and Activity of the Security Council.
Vladimir Vardanyan presented the endorsement of the and called on all the factions to vote for the initiative.
The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Rafik Grigoryan presented the positive position of the government on the initiative.
